Is there a cost to join any program?
Baseline vendor listings and profile claiming are free. Buyer Insights has free and enhanced tiers. Partnership agreements (technology, consulting, research, and association partnerships) vary by scope — some are mutual-value with no fees, others have defined partner tiers. Pricing is always walked through on the initial conversation.
Does joining a program affect vendor rankings?
No. ProcureScore maintains editorial independence across every program. Rankings reflect capability coverage, verified buyer reviews, profile completeness, and buyer-defined scoring criteria — not partnership status, sponsorship, or commercial relationships. How long does onboarding take?
Vendor listings are typically verified within one business day after submission. Full profile setup takes a few hours of your team's time. Partnership agreements move on a scope-dependent timeline: simple content or integration collaborations finalize in 2–4 weeks, larger research or co-branded programs take longer.
