Claim & Manage Your Vendor Profile
Take ownership of how your procurement solution is presented to enterprise buyers. A verified, complete profile ensures accurate representation in every evaluation your product appears in.
Why Profile Ownership Matters

FrequentlyAskedQuestions
Yes. Claiming and maintaining a verified vendor profile on ProcureScore is free. You can edit capabilities, certifications, integrations, pricing, and collateral at no cost. Enhanced partner tiers with buyer intent insights and analytics are optional add-ons.
What if my company isn't listed yet?
You can request a new listing during the claim flow. Our team will review and publish your profile — typically within 2–5 business days — after which you can claim and manage it directly.
How do you verify that I represent the vendor?
Verification is done through business email domain matching. Your request must come from an email on your company's primary domain (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com). Most requests are verified within one business day. If your domain situation is unusual, our team will work with you directly to complete verification.
What if someone else at my company has already claimed the profile?
Each listing has a single verified owner at a time, but you can add additional team members as collaborators once the profile is claimed. If the current owner has left the company, contact us and we'll transfer ownership after verifying the new requester's authority.
Can I remove incorrect information on my listing before claiming?
Yes. Once verified, you have full editorial access to every profile field — including information populated from public sources. You can correct, remove, or replace any content, and changes go live as soon as you save.
Will claiming my profile affect my ProcureScore ranking?
Claiming does not directly change your score, but completing your profile almost always improves it. Scoring reflects capability coverage, verified certifications, documented integrations, and buyer reviews — all of which become fuller and more accurate once a verified owner manages the listing.
Can I manage multiple product profiles from one account?
Yes. If your company publishes multiple procurement products — for example, a suite plus point solutions — a single verified team can manage all of them from one vendor portal.
