Claim & Manage Your Vendor Profile

Take ownership of how your procurement solution is presented to enterprise buyers. A verified, complete profile ensures accurate representation in every evaluation your product appears in.

What happens without a claimed profile

Why Profile Ownership Matters

Unclaimed listings are populated from default data sources. Enterprise buyers cannot distinguish between vendor-verified information and platform defaults.

Unclaimed Profiles Contain Default Data
Unclaimed Profiles Contain Default Data
Listings without a verified owner are populated from public sources — product websites, press releases, and third-party databases. This data may be outdated, incomplete, or miscategorized. Enterprise buyers make shortlisting decisions based on what they see.
Buyers Cannot Contact Unclaimed Vendors

When a procurement team wants to initiate contact after reviewing your listing, that process requires a verified profile owner. Unclaimed listings cannot receive buyer inquiries or evaluation invitations.
Claimed Profiles Receive Evaluation Notifications
Claimed Profiles Receive Evaluation Notifications
When a buyer includes your product in a structured comparison, verified profile owners receive a notification. This gives your team visibility into active evaluation activity involving your solution.

How to Claim Your Profile

Three steps — typically completed within one business day for verified vendors.

Find Your Existing Listing

Use the vendor directory to locate your company. Many vendors are already listed on ProcureScore based on publicly available product information. If your company is not yet listed, you can request addition during the claim process.

FrequentlyAskedQuestions

You can request a new listing during the claim flow. Our team will review and publish your profile — typically within 2–5 business days — after which you can claim and manage it directly.

Verification is done through business email domain matching. Your request must come from an email on your company's primary domain (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com). Most requests are verified within one business day. If your domain situation is unusual, our team will work with you directly to complete verification.

Each listing has a single verified owner at a time, but you can add additional team members as collaborators once the profile is claimed. If the current owner has left the company, contact us and we'll transfer ownership after verifying the new requester's authority.
